Victor Omondi Odhiambo is a tech entrepreneur, IT administrator, and software developer with over 5 years of experience in IT systems, networking, ERP solutions, and digital transformation. He is the Co-Director of Sichwa Technology Limited and Softsas Web Solutions, where he leads innovative technology projects and client-focused digital solutions.

Previously, Victor worked at Outside The Box (OTB) Africa as an IT Administrator, Web Developer, and Software Support Engineer. In this role, he collaborated closely with County Governments in Nairobi, Kisumu, Mombasa, Kiambu, Kajiado, and Rwanda, supporting the Construction Permit System (CP) and driving system implementation, software support, and IT infrastructure management.
